As Children’s Ministry leader I oversee a wonderful team of volunteers at St Matthews who lead our Sunday Schools, Kid's Club and Playgroups. I have been involved in children’s ministry since the mid 1960's. Before working at St Matthews I worked for the YMCA in their playschool/early childhood area. I am a granny twice over. My helpful and loving husband Rob and I have two beautiful adult daughters and 1½ handsome son-in-laws. My vision verse for working with children is Psalm 71:17,18: "Since my youth, O God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvellous deeds. Even when I am old and grey, do not forsake me, O God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your might to all who are to come".
